This service is for people and groups who need a credible home online and would rather have it built for them than do it themselves. Typical projects include:

OFW-owned business
A small business in the Philippines or abroad, run by an OFW or their family, that needs one clear place to show its products or services, location, and contact details.

Independent consultants, coaches, and freelancers who need to explain what they offer and make it easy for prospective clients to reach them.
Small organization
Associations, community groups, and similar organizations that need to share who they are, their activities, and how to get in touch.
No single package suits every project. If you need more than a starter site, such as an online store, a members’ area, or custom integrations, we will say so during discovery and scope it separately, or tell you plainly if the project is not a good fit for us.
The starter website
Our initial offer is a proposed five-page website. A common structure is Home, About, Services, a portfolio or gallery page, and Contact, but the final page list and the platform are agreed with you during discovery.

We talk through your goals, audience, content, and any existing domain or website, and confirm whether the starter website fits.
Proposal and scope
You receive a written proposal covering the page list, platform, what is and is not included, timeline, revisions, and price. Work begins only after you approve it.
Design and build
We design the layout and build the pages using content you supply or approve.
Review and testing
You review the site and request changes within the agreed revision rounds. We test links, forms, mobile layout, and basic page speed.
Launch and handover
We launch the site on your domain and hosting, then hand over access, documentation, and a walkthrough.
How we use AI
AI tools may assist with parts of production, such as exploring layout options, drafting text for your approval, or preparing images. A person reviews the design, copy, functionality, and final delivery before anything goes live. You are paying for a working, carefully checked website and a clear handover, not for AI output on its own.

You own and control your website
Your website should belong to you. We recommend that you own or control your domain name and your primary hosting account, registered in your name or your organization’s name, so you keep control even if you stop working with us. We recommend hosting based on your project’s needs and budget; we do not require a particular hosting company.

- Administrator access to your website
- Logins moved to accounts you control, with our temporary access removed when you ask
- Short written documentation: how to update pages, where your accounts are, and what each service does
- A handover session showing how to make common updates
Support after launch
Your proposal will state any short support period included after launch. After that, maintenance, including updates, backups, security checks, and content changes, is available as an optional service with its own defined scope. We do not offer lifetime support.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a starter website take?
It depends on the agreed scope and how quickly content and feedback are ready. Your proposal will include a timeline and show which steps depend on you, such as sending content and approving drafts.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
Usually, yes. You know your work best. We can organize and lightly edit what you send and suggest what each page needs. Full copywriting and professional photography are scoped separately. We use only images you own or that are properly licensed for your use.
Do you use AI to build the site?
AI may assist with parts of production. A person reviews the design, text, and functionality before delivery, and we will not publish AI-drafted text on your site without your approval.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
You should. We recommend registering the domain and hosting account in your name or your organization’s name. If you already have them, we can work with your existing accounts.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds is set in your proposal before work begins.
Will my site work on mobile phones?
Yes. A mobile layout is part of the starter scope, and we test the site on common phone and desktop screen sizes before launch.
What support do I get after launch?
You receive access, documentation, and a handover session. Any support period included after launch will be stated in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance is optional and agreed separately.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the agreed scope and is stated in your written proposal after discovery. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to anything.
Does becoming a client affect WorldNgayon’s coverage?
