    Heavy habagat floods Metro Manila and nearby provinces

    Thousand of families are evacuated in different evacuation centers in Metro Manila as Southwest Monsoon or habagat continue to bring heavy rains as enhanced by tropical Storm “Haikui” today leaving Metro Manila and nearby provinces flooded.
